Marketing Generalist

Experience Required: 2–4 Years
 Department: Marketing
 Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactivMarketing Generalist who can help us scale the marketing function at Premagic. This person will be an IC and will be a blend of field marketing and Product marketing.  This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of strategic planning, execution, and fieldwork, and is comfortable representing the brand externally.

Key Responsibilities

Organic Lead Generation (30%)

  • Execute content marketing and SEO strategies to drive inbound leads

  • Optimize website content and landing pages for conversion

  • Build and nurture our LinkedIn organic presence

  • Track and improve lead attribution across all channels

Event Research & Execution (30%)

  • Research and identify 24+ annual events where our target audience gathers

  • Coordinate event participation from pre-planning to post-event follow-up

  • Work with our field marketer to maximize event ROI

  • Create event assets, booth materials, and follow-up campaigns

Product Marketing (25%)

  • Translate product features into compelling value propositions for CMOs and event heads

  • Develop case studies, testimonials, and customer success stories

  • Create sales enablement materials (one-pagers, pitch decks, competitive battle cards)

  • Support the repositioning of Premagic from "photo gallery" to "enterprise platform"

Social Media & Community (15%)

  • Manage LinkedIn company page and engage with industry conversations

  • Create and schedule social content that resonates with event marketing professionals

  • Monitor industry trends and translate them into content opportunities

  • Build relationships with event industry influencers and communities

What Success Looks Like

  • Month 3: You've audited current marketing efforts, identified quick wins, and shipped your first content pieces

  • Month 6: You're consistently generating qualified inbound leads and have executed 3-4 events successfully

  • Month 12: You've contributed meaningfully to the $1M revenue target through a steady flow of qualified leads and elevated brand positioning

You're a Great Fit If You

Must-haves:

  • 2-4 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or tech

  • Strong writing skills—you can write blog posts, LinkedIn posts, emails, and case studies that people actually want to read

  • Experience with content marketing and basic SEO principles

  • Event coordination experience (even if just managing your company's booth at a few events)

  • Comfortable working with tools like HubSpot/CRM, Canva, LinkedIn, Google Analytics

  • Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding—we'll give you context and direction, but you'll need to figure out execution

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in the events industry or marketing to event professionals

  • Understanding of the MEA market (especially UAE)

  • Basic design skills or ability to create simple visual content

  • Experience with product launches or repositioning efforts

  • Behavioral psychology or persuasion principles in marketing

What You'll Love About This Role

  • Variety: No two days are the same—you'll be writing content one day, coordinating event logistics the next

  • Impact: You'll see a direct line between your work and revenue growth

  • Growth: Wear multiple hats now, specialize in what you love later as the team grows

  • Autonomy: We value practical execution over complex frameworks—if it works, ship it

  • Industry: Work in one of the most dynamic industries (events + AI) with innovative clients
