Job Overview:
The Marketing Solutions department is seeking a marketing associate with digital marketing experience. In this position, you will be assisting marketing consultants who are the marketing strategists for several advisors. You will combine your knowledge of website management, social media, and email marketing with your business acumen to drive the marketing strategy and execution for several advisors’ practices. You will execute the marketing consultant’s digital marketing strategy for advisors using email, social media, SEO, lead generation, websites, and more.

You will:
• Report to the marketing manager.
• Work closely with multiple marketing consultants.
• Execute a digital marketing strategy for several advisors.
• Schedule content to be distributed by social media, email, and blog.
• Make updates to an advisor’s website, including owning SEO/AEO implementation.
• Collaborate with compliance to ensure content, brand, and messaging are approved.
• Implement email campaigns to drive lead acquisition & client retention.
• Collaborate with the advisor’s office staff to ensure cohesive messaging and communications.
• Exhibit strategic agility when adopting and implementing current tools and technology.
• Provide feedback and enhancements from the advisors.
• Actively participate in culture and drive our mission and values.
Requirements:
• 1-3 years’ experience.
• Solid knowledge of inbound marketing tools and web management.
• Working knowledge of web design principles, best practices, and content management platforms.
• Good understanding of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, AdvisorStream, & email marketing platforms.
Core Competencies:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• Strategic agility.
Preferences:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
• CRM experience preferred but not required.
• Financial services experience preferred but not required.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Fort Mill, SC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
