Our client is a hospitality management organization that owns and operates multiple hotels, restaurants, food service brands, and hospitality-focused businesses. Their portfolio includes full-service hotels, restaurant concepts, hospitality venues, and service-based businesses that require consistent brand management, marketing execution, guest engagement, and operational coordination. As the organization continues to grow, they are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing operations, campaign execution, digital presence management, social media coordination, email marketing, advertising, reporting, and administrative functions across multiple brands and locations.
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting day-to-day marketing operations across multiple hospitality, restaurant, and service brands. The Marketing Coordinator will help manage marketing projects, social media scheduling, website updates, email and SMS campaigns, advertising support, reporting, reputation management, influencer coordination, and administrative workflows. This role is ideal for a highly organized marketing professional who enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously, supporting cross-functional teams, and ensuring marketing initiatives are executed efficiently and consistently across multiple locations.
Fully Remote | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
Maintain marketing calendars, promotional calendars, and holiday campaign schedules.
Track campaign deadlines, project timelines, and marketing deliverables.
Coordinate requests between ownership, operations teams, vendors, agencies, and creative resources.
Attend recurring meetings with hotel, restaurant, and hospitality properties.
Follow up on outstanding marketing initiatives and project deliverables.
Maintain organized marketing documentation and workflows.
Experience using Trello or other PMO tools.
Update websites using WordPress and Wix.
Maintain online menus, promotions, seasonal offerings, and business information.
Update and manage Google Business Profiles.
Upload and organize photos, videos, and digital assets across websites and listings.
Maintain accurate business information across OpenTable, Resy, Yelp, Apple Maps, and related platforms.
Support SEO and AEO improvement initiatives through implementation of audits and recommendations.
Schedule social media content across multiple platforms (Meta & TikTok).
Upload approved posts, stories, reels, and promotional content.
Organize and maintain social media content libraries.
Coordinate content shoots with photographers and videographers.
Monitor messages and escalate items requiring management attention.
Generate recurring social media analytics reports.
Support social media consistency across all brands and locations.
Build and schedule email marketing campaigns.
Build and coordinate SMS marketing campaigns.
Maintain customer databases and mailing lists.
Support promotional marketing initiatives through email and SMS channels.
Track and report on email and SMS campaign performance.
Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns.
Monitor Google Ads campaign performance.
Track advertising budgets and marketing spend.
Prepare advertising performance reports.
Research audience targeting opportunities and campaign optimizations.
Research and contact local media outlets.
Identify and evaluate influencers and content creators.
Coordinate influencer partnerships and promotional visits.
Maintain influencer and media contact databases.
Assist with press release distribution and media outreach efforts.
Track media placements and coverage performance.
Support simple creative updates using Canva and related tools.
Update menus, event materials, and sales collateral.
Assist with maintaining brand consistency across marketing assets.
Support creative asset organization and management.
Monitor online reviews across multiple platforms.
Draft review responses for management approval.
Track review scores and guest feedback across locations.
Create reputation management reports.
Support guest satisfaction and review management initiatives.
Compile monthly marketing reports.
Track campaign performance across channels.
Pull social media, email marketing, website, and campaign analytics.
Monitor website traffic and engagement trends.
Create tracking links and performance dashboards.
Develop executive summary reports utilizing AI-enabled workflows.
Conduct market and competitor research.
Organize shared drives and marketing assets.
Coordinate vendors, agencies, photographers, media partners, and contractors.
Support special projects and operational initiatives as assigned.
Assist with maintaining efficient marketing operations and workflows.
2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, digital marketing, or marketing coordination.
Experience supporting multiple brands, locations, or business units preferred.
Hospitality, restaurant, hotel, food service, or multi-location business experience preferred.
Experience coordinating marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Experience supporting social media, email marketing, and digital advertising initiatives.
Experience working with websites, online listings, and digital business profiles.
Experience compiling reports and analyzing marketing performance data.
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, etc.
Strong social media management capabilities.
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager.
Understanding of email marketing platforms and campaign execution.
Proficiency with WordPress, Wix, Google Business Profiles, OpenTable, Resy, and related digital platforms.
Familiarity with Mailchimp, SevenRooms, Toast POS, and hospitality-focused marketing systems.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
Strong reporting and analytics capabilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Familiarity with Canva and marketing asset management.
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Zoom & Apple Notes.
Strong problem-solving and administrative coordination skills.
