✨ What You'll Do

You'll be at the center of our marketing efforts-helping plan, execute, and track campaigns across multiple channels.

• 🎯 Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns (digital, events, and community-based)
• 📅 Manage timelines, project schedules, approvals, and deliverables
• 🎉 Help plan promotions, seasonal campaigns, and local initiatives
• 🤝 Partner with designers, vendors, and internal teams to bring ideas to life
• 📊 Track performance through reports, dashboards, and marketing data
• 💰 Assist with budget tracking, invoices, and vendor coordination
• 🌍 Support local events, sponsorships, and community engagement efforts

✅ What You Bring

We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and ready to grow.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)
• 2–5 years of hands-on marketing experience
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication (written + verbal)
• Experience with:
  • Email marketing & social media
  • Digital marketing tools/platforms
  • Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with confidence

• Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms
• Familiarity with analytics/reporting tools
