MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS INTERNSHIP — HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE

Help AEIC Case Management and Rooted Care Network explain their services, reach providers and organizations, and turn interest into meaningful conversations. This supervised placement is for marketing, communications, public relations, digital media, business or related students and early-career applicants seeking practical healthcare-sector experience.

YOUR PROJECTS
Draft social posts, captions and content calendars; prepare approved email campaign copy; support workshop/event promotion; research professional audiences and school partnerships; improve provider visibility materials; and report reach, clicks, replies, meetings and confirmed sign-ups. Work supports the existing outreach team without changing clinical interns’ assignments.

HOW YOU WILL WORK
Use the dedicated Marketing internship area in our Command Center. Each project includes an owner, brief, deadline, work reference, review and outcome. Submit drafts for approval before publishing, sending campaigns or delivering client work. Meet with the assigned supervisor, incorporate feedback and maintain an organized handoff so work continues when someone is unavailable.

WHAT YOU BRING
Clear writing, reliability, attention to detail, interest in healthcare and community services, and willingness to learn. Familiarity with Canva, social platforms, email marketing or basic analytics is helpful. Share coursework, volunteer projects or a portfolio if available; prior clinical experience is not required.

LEARNING & BOUNDARIES
Build supervised experience in healthcare messaging, audience research, content production and campaign measurement. School credit or affiliation is subject to school approval. This is not a clinical placement and does not authorize access to patient charts, clinical decisions, pricing approvals or independent commitments. Approved portfolio use must respect privacy and ownership.

UNPAID PART-TIME INTERNSHIP
We are accepting applications for an unpaid, part-time marketing internship. No wages or stipend are offered at this time. The start date will be agreed after placement and supervision requirements are confirmed. Before accepting a placement or beginning work, candidates will receive written details covering the hiring entity, weekly hours, placement length, start date, supervisor and applicable school requirements. School credit is subject to school approval. Submitting interest does not commit you to a placement.

FORMAT
This is a remote placement. Candidates need reliable internet, an appropriate workspace and availability for agreed virtual supervision. Eligible locations and working hours will be agreed before a placement begins.
