The manager will build and own the AI and automation function, unifying performance data and deploying AI agents for campaign optimization. They are responsible for training team members on AI tools and reporting on the impact of automation initiatives to leadership.
We’re looking for a senior, hands-on Marketing Automation & AI Operations Manager to build and own the AI and automation function within our Marketing team
Responsibilities:
Unify performance data and reporting across all paid channels and tracking tools into a single, shared view, using MCP (Model Context Protocol) connections and advanced reporting techniques - accessible to the whole team, not any one individual
Build automated alerting for budget pacing, cost, and performance anomalies so issues are caught immediately rather than discovered days later
Design, deploy, and manage a set of AI agents that assist with campaign structuring, ad copy/creative generation, quality/compliance checks, and performance optimization
Own the human review and approval process for anything AI produces before it goes live - ensuring oversight stays with the team
Train and support existing channel owners on incorporating AI tools into their daily workflows
Maintain a forward-looking marketing calendar covering major industry events, internal product releases, and seasonal opportunities
Build and maintain high-value audience segments from customer data, and sync them to ad platforms to improve targeting and lookalike performance
Track and report on affiliate program performance
Report regularly to leadership on the impact of automation and AI initiatives
Requirements:
Experience with marketing automation, APIs, or BI/reporting tools
Familiarity with attribution/tracking systems and affiliate program platforms
Hands-on experience using AI tools or agents for reporting, content generation, or campaign work
Strong analytical skills - comfortable with CPA, ROAS, LTV, and cohort data
Working knowledge of major paid channels (Google, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok) - enough to build automation on top of them, not to run campaigns day-to-day
Nice to Have:
Background in mobile apps, iGaming, or gaming/casino-style products
Experience building or configuring automation workflows using no-code tools or scripting
Experience managing or directing multiple AI agents in a production setting
What We Offer:
Competitive salary
Fully remote - work from anywhere
Work schedule: Mon-Thu, 9:00-18:00; Fri, 9:00-15:00 (Cyprus time)
Freedom to test and introduce new AI and automation tools
Opportunity to build new processes and solutions from scratch
Work with an experienced marketing and tech team
Challenging, meaningful work with room to grow professionally
