About the Role:
We're looking for a highly organized and strategic Marketing & Content Strategist to own the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple brands. This role combines marketing strategy, project management, and copywriting to ensure campaigns are launched successfully and on time. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to connect the bigger picture with day-to-day execution. They should be comfortable planning campaigns months in advance while also jumping into copywriting and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Planning- Develop quarterly marketing calendars for assigned brands.
- Plan promotional campaigns, product launches, seasonal initiatives, and key marketing moments.
- Define campaign themes, offers, discounts, messaging, and content direction.
- Identify opportunities for new campaigns based on business goals and seasonal trends.
Content Strategy &
Copywriting- Write and edit marketing copy across multiple channels, including:
- Email campaigns SMS campaigns
- Paid social ads
- Landing pages
- Website copy
- Blog posts
- Promotional messaging
- Ensure all copy aligns with each brand's voice and marketing objectives.
- Review and refine content to improve clarity, conversion, and customer relevance.
Campaign Coordination- Coordinate campaign execution across multiple teams, including:
- Copy
- Design
- Paid Media
- Web Development
- UI/UX
- Ensure all assets are delivered on time and campaigns launch smoothly.
- Track timelines, manage priorities, and communicate updates across stakeholders.
Content Planning- Build ongoing blog and content calendars.
- Research topics and create content plans that support SEO and brand growth.
- Write or oversee the development of educational and promotional blog content.
Project Management- Manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously.
- Prioritize work based on deadlines and business impact.
- Identify blockers early and work with teams to keep projects moving.
- Maintain organized documentation, campaign plans, and marketing calendars.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, content strategy, or campaign management.
- Strong copywriting skills with experience writing for performance marketing.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple deadlines.
- Ability to think strategically while executing day-to-day marketing tasks.
- Familiarity with ecommerce and DTC marketing is a plus.
- Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp is preferred.
- Strong (C-level) written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work full-time EST
