Position Summary
The Market Segment Manager, Logistics & Robotics – Americas drives growth across the Logistics, Warehouse Automation, and Robotics market segment. This role owns a portfolio of strategic accounts while leading market segment initiatives that identify new opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and support long-term business growth.
You will work closely with regional sales teams, global segment leadership, product management, and marketing to turn market insights into real business opportunities and customer success.
What You’ll Do
Own and grow strategic accounts within the Logistics, Warehouse Automation, and Robotics market segment
Build and execute account growth strategies that increase revenue, specification, and long-term customer value
Serve as the main contact for key customers and build strong executive-level relationships
Identify and develop new business opportunities across OEMs, machine builders, integrators, and end users
Partner with internal teams to win and grow key opportunities and customer programs
Lead customer meetings, presentations, and technical discussions that support project success
Shape and execute the Logistics & Robotics market segment strategy for the Americas
Identify high-potential accounts, applications, and emerging growth areas within the market
Turn market and customer insights into actionable sales and product opportunities
Act as the internal expert for Logistics & Robotics applications, supporting regional sales teams
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, events, and segment-focused content
Share market feedback and opportunities with global leadership and product management
Track market trends, competitors, and customer needs to support strategic decisions
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Remote-based role within the Americas, primarily focused on the United States
50–75% travel required for customer visits, meetings, and industry events
Combination of office work and customer-facing industrial environments
Domestic and international travel required as needed

QualificationsWhat You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
5+ years of experience in industrial automation sales, business development, key account management, or market segment roles
Experience in logistics, warehouse automation, robotics, or related industrial markets preferred
Strong understanding of automation technologies (sensors, networking, RFID, IO-Link, IIoT)
Experience managing strategic or enterprise customer relationships
Strong ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work across a matrix organization and collaborate cross-functionally
Proficiency in CRM systems and business tools
