The Market Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring client reporting and deliverables are completed accurately and on time. This position supports client-facing initiatives by maintaining organized documentation, coordinating across internal teams, and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
What You’ll Do
Client Reporting & Deliverables
Coordinate the client reporting process, partnering with internal teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with client expectations
Identify and help resolve discrepancies in reporting, escalating complex issues as needed
Coordination & Cross-Functional Support
Act as a liaison between Client Services and internal departments to facilitate communication and follow-through
Assist with client-related deliverables, including fulfilling requests and supporting Account Executives and Sales Coordinators
Documentation & Organization
Maintain accurate and organized client account documentation, including reporting schedules and trackers
Ensure consistency and accessibility of operational records
Operational Excellence & Improvements
Proactively identify and resolve routine operational issues
Contribute to process improvements by streamlining workflows, enhancing communication, and increasing efficiency
Support the development and refinement of procedures and documentation

Qualifications
Education & Experience
Associate degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
2+ years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or healthcare operations required
Prior experience in managed care or health insurance strongly preferred
Core Capabilities
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills across teams
Clear and professional written and verbal communication
Excellent organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with project tracking tools or CRM systems preferred

Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $22.74 - $27.29/hourly, excluding benefits and potential bonuses. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, and education. Liberty is committed to pay equity and also considers internal equity among current employees when making compensation decisions.
Please note that offers are typically not made at the top of the salary range, allowing for future growth and advancement.
