Position Overview

Reporting into the Head of Relationship Management, the Managing Director will work with the team as well as both senior management and members of the investment team in developing new institutional relationships for the Firm. This position will cover both Australia and New Zealand. The individual will represent the Firm as an experienced and knowledgeable investor of quantitative equity strategies to prospects and consultants, with a strong desire to help the Firm build its business in the region.

• Demonstrated ability to close institutional equity management business
• Understand the needs of large institutional investors and strategize how to convert them into equity mandates
• Highly organized, detail oriented, self-motivated with a strong work ethic 
• Excellent team player who can develop strong internal relationships across departments
• Responds quickly and thoroughly to follow up requests
• Crisp and clear written communicator
• Strong presentation abilities

This will be a fully remote position requiring occasional visits to the Los Angeles office.
