The Breakdown

The Manager, Translation Operations is responsible for managing Burton's global translation process, ensuring marketing assets are translated accurately, efficiently, and on schedule to support global production and campaign delivery.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Creative Production & Asset Management, this role owns the translation workstream within the broader production process. Working closely with Creative Production, Regional Marketing and external translation partners, this leader ensures translated copy is delivered on time, production-ready and supports the integrity of the original creative.

While translation accuracy is essential, success in this role also requires understanding how translated copy impacts design, layout, hierarchy and production. This leader proactively identifies challenges and works with Production and Creative teams to resolve them before they affect campaign delivery.

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • 5 years in translation/localization management, production coordination, project management, or global marketing operations
