The Manager for OBDX will lead the end-to-end functionality delivery of implementing solutions on the Oracle Banking platform. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology partners to ensure timely and quality solutions across Cash and Trade products.
The Manager for OBDX will be responsible for leading the end-to-end functionality delivery of implementing solutions on Oracle Banking platform (OBDX). In this enhanced capacity the role blends functional and technical expertise and will be directly involved with business stakeholders, product owners and technology partners to ensure end to end, quality solutions delivered on right time across Cash and Trade products.
In addition, the role includes leading and mentoring the development team, strengthening delivery practices, and building a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-focused execution.
