10+ years of experience in Software Testing

Experience in Banking Domain

Strong Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and processes.

Experience with both manual and automation testing

Familiarity with test management tools as Jira, Azure Devops , Postman, Rest Assured, jMeter etc or similar

Knowledge of test automation, TDD, BDD, functional testing, SIT, regression testing, performance testing, GUI testing, web service testing, and browser compatibility testing

Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile and DevOps practices.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Lead and manage a team of Test Analysts, QA engineers and automation analyst.

Develop and implement test strategies, define testing standards, oversee test case design, execution, defect tracking and reporting

Establish and continuously improve testing processes, explore new test tools.

Maintain traceability of testing activities

Estimating effort for testing tasks

Defining the test approach for each sprint.

Collaborate closely with developers, identifying, logging, prioritizing and verifying defects in a defect tracking system

Managing and maintaining the test environments and test data

First line support and root cause analysis of production issues and proactive, friendly, transparent and efficient support service

Playing a key role in defining best practices for testing in an agile environment

Identifying testing related risks ad issues and working towards quick resolve.

Provide regular status reports, KPIs and test metrics to stakeholders.
