Responsible for managing the administrative support and compliance activities of the research COI programs (Individual and Institutional) for the University. Understands the research and regulatory environment; interprets regulations and policies to resolve complex research and regulatory issues; develops, implements, and maintains processes based on changes in regulations, policies, and national best practices. Develops and implements tools, technology support, education programs, monitoring programs, and other functions necessary to enhance compliance as well as assess the effectiveness of the program. Remote may be an option and can be discussed.
