About the Role:

  • Estimating and cost planning 
  • Market engagement for collecting quotations and Quantity Surveying
  • Tendering and procurement including pre-qualification, tender analysis
  • Dealing effectively with post contract cost variances and the change control processes
  • Interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages

About You:

  • 10+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying and Cost Management.
  • Experience with the same background is preferrable.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple disciplines of construction projects (Residential, commercial, fit out, Industrial etc.)
  • Strong market knowledge with the ability to deliver and handle the commission.
  • Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills
