About the Role
We're looking for an experienced, data-driven Marketing Programs Manager to own and scale media-led sponsorships, OOH brand awareness, third-party demand generation, and regional campaign activation across EMEA. In this role, you'll play a key part in connecting global marketing strategy to local market opportunities — making campaigns relevant, measurable, and effective across a diverse set of markets, languages, and buyer segments.
As part of the Programs team, you'll turn regional priorities into sponsored, paid, and awareness programs that balance global consistency with local relevance. You'll bring structure, strategic thinking, and regional context to initiatives spanning sponsored content, media partnerships, OOH, and third-party demand generation — while building a strong working rhythm with an experienced execution lead already supporting this function. This is not a pure paid media buying role; the right candidate understands how these programs ladder up to broader demand generation and brand-to-demand objectives.
Location - Berlin, Germany
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and manage non-event sponsorships, media partnerships, OOH campaigns, and third-party demand gen programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline across EMEA markets
- Translate regional business priorities into clear, measurable campaign strategies — balancing global consistency with the local relevance needed to reach buyers across different countries, languages, and segments
- Identify local media, publisher, and community opportunities that global teams miss, and evaluate them rigorously on audience fit, ICP alignment, lead quality, and business impact
- Own end-to-end campaign coordination: briefs, budgets, vendor deliverables, localization, tracking, and stakeholder communication — working closely with an experienced execution lead already in this function
- Lead, mentor, and set the direction for an experienced senior coordinator, providing clear priorities, regular feedback, and the coaching needed to help them grow and do their best work
- Analyze performance across pipeline, engagement, and awareness signals to make clear calls on where to scale, optimize, pause, or reinvest
- Other duties as needed
About You
- 5+ years running paid media, media partnerships, non-event sponsorships, or integrated demand gen programs in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally across multiple EMEA markets — with a strong grasp of how these programs connect to pipeline growth and regional go-to-market priorities
- 1+ years leading other marketers, with the confidence to set clear direction, give direct feedback, and bring out the best in experienced teammates without micromanaging.
A sharp analytical mindset and the ability to evaluate sponsorships and media opportunities based on audience fit, ICP alignment, lead quality, and expected business impact — not just reach or brand familiarity - Deep curiosity about local EMEA markets, with the ability to surface relevant publishers, digital communities, newsletters, and OOH opportunities that global teams are unlikely to find on their own
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs across competing priorities, timelines, budgets, and vendors — with the organizational rigor to keep things moving and the judgment to know when to escalate
- A collaborative, low-ego working style and comfort partnering closely with performance marketing specialists, regional teams, and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
