Job Summary
Leads the delivery of strategic sourcing, procurement transformation, and performance improvement initiatives across client engagements. Responsible for managing multiple workstreams, guiding cross-functional teams, and driving measurable outcomes through data-driven insights and category expertise. Focus areas include procurement operating model design, digital enablement, and stakeholder engagement. Emphasis is placed on execution excellence, client relationship management, and team development in a dynamic consulting environment.

Education & Experience
Typically requires 5-8 years experience in a related field and 1-2 years experience in a Lead Role
Typically College or university degree required

Responsibilities
Lead procurement transformation, sourcing strategy, and value realization initiatives
Manage client relationships and serve as a strategic advisor across functions
Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams
Guide teams in spend analysis, KPI development, and performance tracking
Support business development and contribute to internal capability building
