The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Security Consultant to strengthen our team and ensure the security of our clients’ cloud environments. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving M365 security solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement M365 security solutions (e.g., Microsoft Defender, Purview, Sentinel, Entra ID)

• Conduct security audits and risk assessments

• Develop and maintain identity and access management

• Advise clients on security policies and best practices

• Respond to security incidents and participate in incident response processes

• Train clients and teams on M365 security

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 environments and their security

• Knowledge of Microsoft security products (Defender, Purview, Entra ID, Sentinel)

• Understanding of cloud security standards and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, NIS2)

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Fluent in Finnish and English

Nice to Have

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-500, SC-100, SC-200, SC-300, SC-401, MS-500)

• Experience in developing and automating security processes

• Broader understanding of cybersecurity
