AI Summary

Lead and deliver M365 and Copilot consulting engagements to help clients realize value from AI-enabled productivity and collaboration tools. Engage with senior stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable technical recommendations and pragmatic roadmaps.

What success looks like in this role:

We are seeking an M365 and Copilot Architect who can engage confidently with senior client stakeholders, shape and lead consulting engagements, and help organisations realise value from the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including collaboration, productivity, modern work, Copilot, Power Platform, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.

You will work closely with business and technology leaders to understand client objectives, build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups, define practical recommendations, and autonomously drive engagements from discovery through to outcomes, often with limited oversight.

This role is ideal for someone who combines broad Microsoft 365 expertise, strong consulting judgement, and the ability to operate independently in environments with significant ambiguity, pace, and change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver Microsoft 365 and Copilot consulting engagements across areas such as Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive, security, governance, adoption, automation, Power Platform, and AI-enabled productivity experiences
  • Engage directly with senior client stakeholders to understand business drivers, challenge assumptions, build consensus, and translate objectives into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Take ownership of engagement outcomes, including discovery, workshop facilitation, solution shaping, documentation, stakeholder playback, and follow-up actions
  • Operate autonomously across multiple client engagements, managing priorities, risks, dependencies, and ambiguity with minimal supervision
  • Assess existing Microsoft 365 environments and identify opportunities to improve collaboration, productivity, governance, security, adoption, and operational effectiveness
  • Develop pragmatic roadmaps, designs, and implementation approaches that are proportionate to client needs and aligned with Microsoft 365 best practice
  • Support change, adoption, and stakeholder engagement activities to help clients realise measurable value from Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Power Platform investments
  • Contribute to consulting methods, reusable assets, service offerings, and delivery best practices across the team

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Key Qualifications

  • Broad hands-on experience across the Microsoft 365 platform, with strong awareness of how core services such as Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive, security, governance, adoption, Copilot, and Power Platform work together to support modern workplace outcomes
  • Strong consulting experience, including senior stakeholder engagement, consensus building, discovery, workshop facilitation, requirements analysis, recommendation development, and executive-level communication
  • Proven ability to work independently, make sound delivery decisions, manage ambiguity, and progress client engagements with minimal day-to-day oversight
  • Experience producing clear consulting deliverables such as assessments, options papers, roadmaps, designs, workshop outputs, and executive summaries
  • Working knowledge of Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio, with the ability to identify practical automation, reporting, low-code, and agent-based productivity opportunities within wider Microsoft 365 engagements
  • Experience working in consulting, professional services, enterprise transformation, or complex project delivery environments where priorities can change quickly
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications across Microsoft 365, security, Teams, SharePoint, adoption, Copilot, or Power Platform are beneficial but not essential
  • Degree in a related field, equivalent practical experience, or comparable consulting and enterprise delivery experience
