Project Manager

Hästens is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of new store openings, renovations, exhibitions, and partner-led events. This role requires strong cross-functional coordination to ensure all projects reflect Hästens’ craftsmanship, heritage, and luxury retail standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of retail store openings and refurbishments

  • Coordinate with internal teams, design partners, landlords, contractors, and vendors

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to brand standards

  • Plan and execute exhibitions, pop-ups, and brand events

  • Manage vendors, suppliers, and stakeholder relationships

  • Track timelines, budgets, approvals, and project documentation

  • Identify risks and implement solutions to ensure smooth delivery

Requirements

  • 5–10 years’ experience in retail project management, store development, or brand activations

  • Background in luxury, premium retail, or lifestyle brands preferred

  • Proven experience in store fit-outs, events, and vendor management

  • Strong organisational, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects across locations

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in architecture, interior design, engineering, business, or related field

  • Expertise in project planning, budgeting, and retail design coordination

Additional Information

  • Willingness to travel extensively (40–50%)

  • Occasional travel to Köping, Sweden

  • Valid driver’s licence

  • Fluent in English (additional local language proficiency required)
