This role operates within a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment supporting global logistics and expeditionary missions. This individual will report directly to the WEXMAC Program Manager and play a critical role in vendor coordination, opportunity validation, and proposal development to support task order wins. The Logistics Specialist – WEXMAC 2.0 will:  Review and assess incoming task order solicitations for alignment with capabilities and strategy Conduct opportunity validation including scope, feasibility, and vendor alignment Identify, source, and engage vendors to obtain quotes and capability information Coordinate vendor responses and align solutions to meet task order requirements Support pricing and proposal development activities Develop clear, compelling, and compliant responses to task order requirements Assist in building and maintaining a vendor network across logistics and service domains Track and manage proposal inputs and timelines in a rapid-response environment   Conditions of Employment: Must be a US Citizen  Must be able to pass a Federal background check Must be determined suitable for federal employment The preceding functions are examples of the work performed by employees assigned to this job classification.  Management reserves the right to add, modify, change or rescind work assignments and make a reasonable accommodation as needed.   QualificationsRequired Skills: ​​​​​​3–7 years of experience in logistics, operations, business analysis, or federal contracting support       Experience supporting proposal development, vendor sourcing, or operational planning Strong analytical and communication skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance Preferred Skills: Experience supporting DoD or federal task order contracts Exposure to pricing, cost analysis, or proposal processes Background in logistics or supply chain management Key Attributes: High energy, initiative, and eagerness to learn Ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Effective communication and coordination across stakeholders What Sets This Role Apart: Direct involvement in shaping winning responses for task orders Exposure to a wide range of logistics and operational missions Opportunity to grow into senior roles within a high-growth program Education: BS Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience) Years of experience in a similar role: 3–7 years of experience in logistics, operations, business analysis, or federal contracting support   PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Standing 10% per day Sitting 60% per day Walking 5% per day Stooping 0% per day Lifting If traveling, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted (luggage, laptop, etc.) Up to 15 lbs. unassisted, several times a day (laptop, office equipment, office supplies, etc.) Computer Work 100% per day Telephone Work 60% per day Reading 100% per day Other, please specify Travel unassisted less up to 10% per year, via privately owned vehicle SBGTS, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer If you need an accommodation seeking employment with SBGTS, Inc., please e-mail jobs@dssinc.com or call (561) 284-7333.
