Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
Job Description
This fully remote Logistics Coordinator role supports a fast-paced Operations team by managing the end-to-end order process from purchase order intake through shipment. You will coordinate freight, transfers of finished goods, and carrier performance while ensuring accurate documentation and clear communication with internal teams and an external vendor. The position is ideal for a highly organized logistics professional who can quickly step in, handle urgent requests, and help bring structure, consistency, and reliability to day-to-day logistics operations using NetSuite and related tools.

This role operates in a fully remote work environment, supporting a fast-paced logistics and operations function. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners primarily through digital tools, including NetSuite, Transportation Management Systems, business intelligence platforms such as Power BI or Tableau, and Microsoft Office. The position focuses on coordinating freight, transfers, and carrier performance in a virtual setting, requiring consistent online availability, clear written and verbal communication, and disciplined self-management. The remote environment offers flexibility while still demanding responsiveness to time-sensitive logistics activities and adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
