Logistics Coordinator

A Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing shipment processes, coordinating transportation activities, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. This role supports supply chain operations by maintaining communication with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure efficient logistics execution. While your duties will depend on the specific needs of your client, they will include but not be limited to: 

• Coordinate and schedule shipments, deliveries, and transportation activities to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  
• Communicate with carriers, freight providers, vendors, and clients to provide shipment updates and proactively resolve delays or service disruptions.
  
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation including bills of lading, invoices, tracking reports, and related logistics paperwork.
  
• Monitor shipment status from dispatch through final delivery, ensuring proper documentation and confirmation of receipt.
  
• Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to confirm stock availability and dispatch readiness.
  
• Track freight costs and assist in reviewing logistics expenses to support cost control efforts.
  
• Maintain organized logistics records and update internal systems with accurate shipment data.
  
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and increase operational efficiency.
  
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies
  

• 1-2 Years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation preferred roles.
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
  
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  

• Processor: Intel 11th Gen (or equivalent AMD Ryzen 5000 series) for Windows users and M2 for Macs
  
• RAM: 16 GB minimum
