Key Responsibilities
Research hotels, resorts, and lodging options according to client preferences, dates, and budgets
Assist clients in comparing available accommodations and reservation options
Coordinate lodging reservations and related booking details
Review reservation information for accuracy and completeness
Communicate confirmations, updates, and important information to clients
Assist with changes or questions related to existing reservations
Maintain organized records of client preferences and booking details
Utilize online reservation platforms and industry resources
Research property amenities, locations, and available services
Provide professional and responsive client support throughout the planning process
Follow established booking procedures and documentation requirements
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organization and attention to detail
Comfortable researching and comparing options online
Ability to manage multiple client requests and follow up consistently
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Basic computer and internet proficiency
Willingness to learn reservation systems and booking procedures
Previous customer service, hospitality, reservations, or administrative experience is helpful but not required
