Recruiter - Locum Tenens 

We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our locum tenens team. In this role, you will leverage our cutting-edge technology, resources, and established reputation to build and maintain strong relationships with physicians. Your ability to communicate effectively, thrive in a quota-driven sales environment, and stay persistent will be key to your success. Join our team and make an impact in healthcare staffing by providing talented physicians for temporary assignments nationwide. 

This role will be filled in our Irving, Texas headquarters or remote U.S.

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Experience & Education: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in recruiting or sales, with a college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Communication & Sales Orientation: Strong communicator with proven success in a sales-driven environment, able to confidently connect with diverse personalities and drive results. ● Sales & Persistence: A proven track record in a sales-driven environment, showcasing persuasive abilities and a results-focused approach.
  • Conflict Resolution & Positivity:Skilled at resolving conflicts while maintaining a positive, collaborative environment.
  • Independence & Teamwork: Capable of balancing independent work with effective collaboration to achieve shared goals.

Compensation 

The US total compensation range for this full-time position is inclusive of salary + bonus. Our ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training.
