Localisation Specialist - Argentina - Remote

Live shows make us feel good. They’re a time to hang with our friends, discover new artists or lose ourselves on a dance floor. We’re on a mission to bring all of this to more fans, more often – and that’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a Localisation Specialist to join our Localisation team and provide a great experience for fans and venues, regardless of where they are in the world.

At DICE, you’ll be part of the company that’s redefining live entertainment. It's a place where you can be yourself, influence the culture, and create work that you’re proud of. Millions of fans use DICE, and you’ll be empowering venues, promoters and festivals to put on incredible shows.

About the Role

As a Localisation Specialist, you will support the Localisation team in setting up workflows and processes, supporting the translation team, and identifying areas throughout the fan and partner experience to ensure everything we do resonates with fans and partners worldwide.

We are currently live in the UK, US, France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Portugal and Mexico, and we’re expanding rapidly into new markets.

What You'll Do

  • Set up translation projects, provide detailed briefs and assign tasks to the freelance translation team.
  • Handle query management, troubleshooting, feedback discussions, and initiation of quality improvement tasks.
  • Prioritise tasks, demonstrate ownership of work, and adapt to the workload with flexibility and reprioritisation.
  • Support the management of freelancer workload and resource planning.
  • Manage and deliver translation requests from initiation to completion, adhering to glossaries, brand and style guidelines, and prioritising impactful localisation areas.
  • Track the progress of all localised content and provide consistent status updates to internal teams and departments across the organisation.
  • Develop proficiency with our software localisation platform, Phrase, and any other required tooling.

You are

  • Passionate, humble and talented.
  • A fan of music and culture.
  • Actively responsible, a self-starter and enthusiastic.
  • A clear communicator and keen negotiator.
  • In tune with cultural nuances and sensitivities of global markets.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with others.

You'll need

  • Native level proficiency in both English and at least one additional language.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a localisation project management role, with bonus points if it is product localisation focused.
  • Attention to detail, research skills, problem-solving skills, data literacy, and numerical proficiency.
  • Proficiency in using Excel and Google applications (Drive, Sheets, etc).
