Position: Loan Processor 

Salary:  PHP 80,000 - 90,000/month

Working Hours & Conditions: Aligned with AU hours

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Loan Processor to join an established Australian mortgage broking business.

This role will support the mortgage broker across the loan application process, ensuring client information is accurately captured, supporting documentation is reviewed, servicing is completed correctly, and files are thoroughly prepared for the broker.

This is not an entry-level mortgage administration position. The successful candidate must have at least 2 years' hands-on experience using MYCRM within an Australian mortgage broking environment and a strong understanding of Australian residential lending processes.

You will be comfortable working independently across multiple loan files while maintaining a high level of accuracy, organisation and attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • MYCRM & File Management
    • Manage and maintain client loan files within MYCRM.
    • Complete accurate client data entry and keep records up to date throughout the loan process.
    • Ensure all file notes, supporting documents and application information are correctly recorded.
    • Maintain organised and compliant client files.
    • Monitor outstanding requirements and follow up on missing information where required.
  • Fact Find Entry
    • Accurately enter client Fact Find information into MYCRM.
    • Capture income, employment, assets, liabilities, living expenses and existing lending commitments.
    • Review information for completeness and identify discrepancies or missing details.
    • Ensure client information is correctly reflected within the CRM before servicing and application preparation.
  • Documentation Review
    • Review supporting documentation supplied by clients, including:
      • Payslips
      • Bank statements
      • Identification documents
      • Employment information
      • Existing loan statements
      • Credit card and liability statements
      • Tax returns and financial documents where applicable
    • Cross-check documents against information provided in the Fact Find.
    • Identify missing, expired or inconsistent documentation before the file progresses.
    • Maintain accurate and complete documentation within the client file.
  • Servicing
    • Complete preliminary loan servicing and borrowing capacity calculations.
    • Accurately input income, liabilities, expenses and other relevant financial information.
    • Assist with assessing different lending scenarios.
    • Identify potential servicing issues and escalate these to the broker.
    • Support the broker in determining which lending options may suit the client's circumstances.
  • Pricing
    • Prepare and submit loan pricing requests with lenders.
    • Assist with obtaining competitive interest rates and pricing options.
    • Maintain accurate records of pricing outcomes.
    • Follow up on outstanding pricing requests where required.
  • Property Valuations
    • Order property valuations through relevant lender or valuation platforms.
    • Track valuation progress and follow up on outstanding reports.
    • Review valuation outcomes and update the broker and client file accordingly.
    • Ensure valuation information is correctly recorded against the application.
  • Credit Reports
    • Order and review client credit reports.
    • Identify liabilities, enquiries or potential issues requiring further investigation.
    • Cross-check credit report information against the client's Fact Find and declared liabilities.
    • Escalate discrepancies or potential concerns to the broker.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Essential:
    • Minimum 2 years' hands-on MYCRM experience – essential.
    • Previous experience working for an Australian mortgage broker or mortgage broking business.
    • Strong understanding of the Australian residential mortgage process.
    • Experience completing Fact Find entry and client file preparation.
    • Experience reviewing financial and supporting documentation.
    • Strong understanding of loan servicing and borrowing capacity.
    • Experience with lender pricing requests.
    • Experience ordering and managing property valuations.
    • Experience obtaining and reviewing credit reports.
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple active loan files and competing priorities.
    • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Highly Regarded (Preferred but not required):
    • Experience supporting applications across multiple Australian lenders.
    • Exposure to purchases, refinances and investment lending.
    • Experience working with both PAYG and self-employed borrowers.
    • Understanding of lender policies and documentation requirements.
    • Experience supporting more complex residential lending scenarios.
