The role

We’re hiring an Outreach Manager to own and scale our link building + brand mentions engine.

This is not a basic VA outreach role.

We’re looking for someone proactive, commercial, organized, and sharp — someone who understands that every quality placement, relationship, backlink, and mention can directly impact rankings, traffic, pipeline, and AI visibility.

You’ll work closely with our founder Irina and SEO/GEO Manager Cindy to help grow authority for our clients.

Tasks

  • Run cold outreach campaigns to secure backlinks, guest posts, brand mentions, listicle placements, and strategic partnerships
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with editors, publishers, and website owners in the SaaS space
  • Execute link building campaigns for clients based on monthly priorities and KPIs
  • Manage the full guest post process from prospecting to publication
  • Keep outreach pipelines, trackers, and reporting organized and up to date
  • Improve and automate workflows to increase efficiency and results
  • Take ownership of the process and consistently push campaigns forward

Requirements

  • Experience in cold outreach, link building, or partnerships
  • SaaS or B2B experience preferred
  • Strong written English and communication skills
  • Organized, proactive, and reliable with follow-ups
  • Able to work independently and own results
  • 3+ hours overlap with European time zones
