Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional for a hybrid role combining Recruitment Support and Linguist Management responsibilities. The Linguist Communication Specialist will support recruitment operations while managing linguist onboarding, communication, profile creation, reporting, and administrative follow-up tasks.

The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, tech-savvy, and capable of handling multiple administrative processes with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct follow-up communications with candidates and linguists

  • Review taxi forms and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness

  • Send supplier payment invitations and onboarding communications

  • Create and maintain linguist profiles in internal systems

  • Manage and update records with strong attention to detail

  • Send professional communications to linguists regarding onboarding, compliance, and assignments

  • Generate and maintain reports for recruitment and linguist management activities

  • Support recruitment and administrative workflows as needed

  • Ensure all records and documentation are properly organized and updated

  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain smooth operational processes

Required Qualifications


  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Strong knowledge of PDF editing and document handling

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Previous experience in records management, records clerk, administrative support, or similar detail-oriented roles preferred

  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently

  • Professional and organized work style

  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Preferred Qualifications


  • Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

  • Experience in recruitment, staffing, onboarding, or vendor/linguist management

  • Experience working in fast-paced administrative environments

Schedule & Availability


  • Training Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

  • Regular Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
