What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Supervisor, Care Management Training - RCT to join our team! The Licensed Supervisor, Care Management Training - RCT oversees a team who provide integrated, whole-person care within a managed care environment. The Licensed Supervisor, Care Management – RCT would be expected to work and be available at their remote location between the hours of 8:30am – 5:00pm and be flexible to travel within the community for meetings as needed. This role is responsible for overseeing team operations to ensure accurate, timely, and person-centered coordination. This role also leads training, supports onboarding, and helps maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
