Responsibilities

  • Connect with inbound leads and follow up on marketing-driven opportunities
  • Identify and understand customer needs to recommend appropriate insurance solutions
  • Educate potential clients on coverage options and benefits
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Maintain compliance with Allstate policies and industry regulations
What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for customer service and helping others
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Insurance Producer License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required—we provide comprehensive in-house training
Compensation & Benefits
