As a New Business Coordinator, youâll be the first point of contact for new clientsâhelping protect what matters most while building strong, lasting relationships.
- Connect with new prospects through calls, referrals, and networking
- Identify customer needs and match them with the right solutions
- Follow up and build relationships that turn into long-term clients
- Learn and stay sharp on new products and coverage options
- Help drive growth in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

- Base Salary: $30,000â$40,000 + uncapped commission
- Paid training + licensing support (no experience required)
- 60-day hands-on development program
