Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based clinical interventions
  • Coordinate care and collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to ensure holistic client support
  • Manage crisis intervention, safety planning, and risk assessments for clients in acute need
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and agency standards
  • Connect clients with community resources, support services, and discharge planning as needed
  • Advocate for client rights and promote mental health awareness within the community
Requirements:
  • Active Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) licensure in the state of Maryland
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
  • Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or substance use treatment settings preferred
  • Proficiency in crisis intervention, case management, and trauma-informed care practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to clinical documentation
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Empathetic, culturally competent, and client-centered approach to care
