Mindbloom is hiring a Legal Counsel to help evolve Legal into a proactive, high-impact function that enables growth while strengthening the company’s regulatory position. Reporting to the General Counsel, this role operates as a core partner across the business, advising on healthcare regulation, compliance, and operational strategy in a rapidly evolving environment.

In this role, you will support a wide range of legal and regulatory matters spanning healthcare compliance, privacy, marketing, product, and provider operations. You will work cross-functionally to provide clear, practical guidance that unblocks teams and supports responsible innovation, while identifying risks early and helping shape scalable solutions.

A key focus of the role is building systems and processes that increase Legal’s leverage—triaging work efficiently, implementing structured workflows, and developing scalable solutions, including the use of AI, to improve how legal issues are identified and resolved. You will also contribute to organization-wide compliance efforts, evaluating current practices and recommending improvements across clinical, data, and operational domains.

This is a highly autonomous role suited for a lawyer who thrives in ambiguity, operates with strong ownership, and is motivated by building systems as much as solving individual problems.
