💼 What you’ll be doing 
📄 Own core commercial work — Draft, review, negotiate, and simplify complex commercial and technology agreements in support of Pax8’s agentic marketplace ecosystem of vendors, partners and customers.  
⚡ Leverage AI as a force multiplier — Use AI-powered tools to accelerate contract workflows, enhance legal insights, and transform how the legal function operates 
🧠 Build for scale — Contribute to programmatic, repeatable legal approaches that support a growing global marketplace and high-volume partner interactions 
🤝 Collaborate deeply — Partner with commercial, product, and leadership teams to deliver practical, high-impact legal solutions 
🎯 Drive strategic outcomes — Translate business goals into actionable legal roadmaps aligned with measurable outcomes 
🚧 Streamline execution — Remove friction, reduce dependencies, and enable faster business decision-making

Background checks 

As part of our hiring process, we are required to undertake pre-employment checks on all candidates that are successful in their application with Pax8.
