đ Own core commercial work â Draft, review, negotiate, and simplify complex commercial and technology agreements in support of Pax8âs agentic marketplace ecosystem of vendors, partners and customers.
⥠Leverage AI as a force multiplier â Use AI-powered tools to accelerate contract workflows, enhance legal insights, and transform how the legal function operates
đ§ Build for scale â Contribute to programmatic, repeatable legal approaches that support a growing global marketplace and high-volume partner interactions

âď¸ Proven commercial legal excellence â Strong expertise in negotiating, drafting, and advising on complex commercial agreements, including key areas such as limitation of liability, indemnification, and risk allocation

Qualified candidates can expect⯠salary between $190K and $230K depending on experience âŻ
