Legal Counsel (f/m/d)
(located in Germany or Norway/Oslo - part-time possible)
The Tasks:
- Supporting the General Counsel on different projects and topics.
- Supporting all business functions and all group companies in Europe and North America across a broad range of legal matters.
- Review, draft, and support negotiation / negotiate commercial agreements, including NDAs, consulting, services, distribution, supply and R&D agreements.
- Advise on legal, regulatory and compliance matters across several jurisdictions, including competition, anti-trust, anti-corruption and data privacy laws.
- Draft and update contract templates and support the development of internal SOPs and legal workflows.
- Acting as a hands‑on legal partner to the business, by contributing an efficient, consistent and compliant handling of legal matters across the organization.
- Commercial contracting, compliance matters and the continuous development of legal processes and standards.
- Oversee collaboration with outside counsels.

Expected Education and Experience:
- Fully qualified lawyer under Norwegian or German law.
- 3-4 years of PQE either in an in‑house role or in a law firm, preferably within a life sciences, commercial, or regulatory/compliance practice
- Experience working with an international client base and cross-border legal matters
- Prior experience in EU anti-trust law is a plus (vertical and horizontal relationships)
