Responsibilities
  • Follow up on client intakes, ensuring all required information is complete and accurate.

  • Track and update liability status for active cases.

  • Assist with ongoing case tracking and status updates within the case management system.

  • Prepare, review, and manage declaration pages and related legal documents.

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date digital case files.

  • Ensure all case documentation is accurate, timely, and properly filed.

  • Communicate professionally with clients regarding case status and next steps.

  • Escalate case-related issues to the Case Manager or attorney as needed.


Qualifications 
  • Proven experience in Personal Injury case management (required).

  • Previous experience as a Case Manager Assistant, Legal Assistant, or similar role.

  • Near-native English proficiency (C2 level) in both written and spoken communication.

  • Strong understanding of personal injury case workflows and terminology.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple cases and follow-ups simultaneously.

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.

  • Experience working with U.S.-based law firms and Personal Injury cases.

  • Familiarity with legal case management systems or CRMs.

  • Ability to work independently and proactively.

  • Resourceful, detail-oriented, and naturally proactive in problem-solving.

  • Familiarity with legal tools and documentation procedures.
