The Legal Assistant is responsible for maintaining organized case files, tracking case progress, and ensuring all legal documentation is accurate and timely. They will also coordinate with clients and medical offices while supporting the workflow of a U.S.-based law firm.

This position requires proactive problem-solving, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while supporting a U.S.-based law firm’s workflow and client services.
Follow up on client intakes, ensuring all required information is complete and accurate.
Track and update liability status for active cases.
Assist with ongoing case tracking and status updates within the case management system.
Prepare, review, and manage declaration pages and related legal documents.
Maintain organized and up-to-date digital case files.
Ensure all case documentation is accurate, timely, and properly filed.
Communicate professionally with clients regarding case status and next steps.
Escalate case-related issues to the Case Manager or attorney as needed.
Proven experience in Personal Injury case management (required).
Previous experience as a Case Manager Assistant, Legal Assistant, or similar role.
Near-native English proficiency (C2 level) in both written and spoken communication.
Strong understanding of personal injury case workflows and terminology.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple cases and follow-ups simultaneously.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
Experience working with U.S.-based law firms and Personal Injury cases.
Familiarity with legal case management systems or CRMs.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
Resourceful, detail-oriented, and naturally proactive in problem-solving.
Familiarity with legal tools and documentation procedures.
