Assists the Business Analyst and Operations Manager to provide LMS Administration support

    • Create learning activities

    • Assign and unassign learners

    • Add and remove learning activities from assignment vehicles

    • Inactivate Assignment Vehicles

  • Catalog Management

    • Add learning activities

    • Maintain learning activities

    • Delete learning activities

  • Session Management

    • Schedule class & sessions

    • Instructor confirmation

    • Location confirmation

    • Classroom scheduling

    • Cancel class/sessions

    • Roster Management

    • Manage waitlist

    • Cancel student enrollment

    • Substitute students

    • Reschedule students

    • Student registration (Student Registration, Batch Enrollment)

  • Management of Client’s Automated Document Loader Solution

    • Review and resolve errors

    • Daily comparison of DocLoader transaction log to determine which Documents have been created in the LMS compared to the on-hold requests for those Documents

  • Role Request Management

    • Create and route Role Requests for LMS and reporting

  • Reporting Request Management

  • General Questions via email/Service Now

  • Ordering/delivering materials

  • Ordering/delivering training supplies

  • Creating name tents

  • Ordering and confirming arrival of catering

  • Shipment/mail support

  • Binder material assembly

  • Course evaluation setup in Client’s system

  • Course evaluation data entry

  • Course evaluation reporting

  • Roster distribution and coordination – print, provide to instructors, ensure they are returned for data entry

  • Print Completion Certificates

     

Note: These duties and responsibilities do not imply that the above functions are the only tasks that may be performed by the LMS & Training Logistics Administrator.  It will be expected, if possible, to follow any other job-related instructions and perform any other job-related tasks as requested by Management.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects (multi-task) in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment in order to meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Possess outstanding oral and written communication skills and be able to deal effectively with others.
  • Be able to perform repetitive tasks without making errors and with high attention to detail.

  • Possess the ability to remain flexible and adaptable to constant change.

  • Must be highly customer service driven, team oriented and have a focus on business partnering skills.

  • Must be able to take direction well but must be able to work with limited supervision.

  • Must be able maintain confidentiality of personnel and business situations.

  • Ability to self-manage and take initiative.
  • Ability to work flexible hours when needed.

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience on LMS administration and Learning Coordination
  • College degree preferred
  • LMS working knowledge required
