Leadership Development Advisor

Additional Responsibilities:

• Provide executive leadership coaching to leaders across the organization.
• Support planning and facilitation of the Inmar Leadership Academy.
• Observe leaders and provide coaching and development feedback.
• Assist with leadership development content and learning initiatives.
• Support succession planning and strategic leadership development projects.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to HR on leadership capability and organizational development.
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards
