Overview

Fastlane Lending Solutions is seeking a Lead, Strategic Program Management & Execution to drive the delivery of high-impact initiatives across the business. This role will lead complex, cross-functional programs spanning partner integrations, product and technology implementations, pricing, operational improvements, and other strategic priorities.

The ideal candidate is a strong operator who thrives in ambiguity, moves with urgency, and can turn strategy into clear, executable plans. You’ll align internal stakeholders, our bank and technology partners, and external vendors to remove roadblocks, manage risks, and deliver initiatives on time, on budget, and with measurable business impact.

This is a fully remote position with a salary range of $140,000–$170,000, plus an annual bonus. Benefits include medical coverage starting on day one and a company-matched 401(k). Compensation may vary based on experience, location, and other job-related factors.

Responsibilities

Strategic Initiative Leadership

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Fastlane’s highest-priority strategic initiatives.
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable project plans with clear milestones, owners, timelines, dependencies, decision points, budgets, and success metrics.
  • Drive multiple concurrent initiatives from concept through launch while maintaining focus on delivery, accountability, and business outcomes.
  • Establish practical governance routines, status reporting, issue tracking, and escalation paths that keep work moving.

Cross-Functional Program Management

  • Coordinate work across Product, Pricing, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Executive Leadership, and other internal teams.
  • Align stakeholders around priorities, scope, timelines, deliverables, and decision rights.
  • Identify interdependencies across workstreams and proactively manage conflicts, resource constraints, sequencing issues, and timing risks.
  • Facilitate working sessions, project reviews, and decision meetings that create clear next steps and measurable progress.

Partner Integration and External Execution

  • Serve as a central execution lead for initiatives involving the bank partner, technology partners, data providers, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate activities across organizations to support successful integrations, implementation projects, testing, launch readiness, and post-launch stabilization.
  • Ensure all parties understand deliverables, deadlines, dependencies, required approvals, and ownership expectations.
  • Escalate and resolve issues that threaten implementation schedules, budget discipline, partner alignment, or project outcomes.

Product, Pricing, and Business Initiative Delivery

  • Drive implementation of product enhancements, pricing projects, business process changes, and operational improvements.
  • Coordinate design, approval, implementation, testing, training, readiness, and launch activities across appropriate teams.
  • Ensure project teams have a clear view of open decisions, blockers, risks, budget impacts, and required actions.
  • Support leadership in prioritizing initiatives and sequencing work based on strategic impact, resource capacity, and delivery risk.

Roadblock Identification and Problem Solving

  • Proactively identify bottlenecks, unclear ownership, resource constraints, decision delays, process breakdowns, and competing priorities.
  • Lead structured problem solving to diagnose root causes and develop practical, actionable solutions.
  • Maintain momentum by driving timely decisions, clarifying trade-offs, and ensuring follow-through on commitments.
  • Escalate critical risks with clear recommendations, options, and mitigation plans.

Executive Communication and Reporting

  • Develop and own concise executive updates, project dashboards, decision documents, meeting materials, and implementation summaries.
  • Provide leadership with clear visibility into project health, timeline and budget status, risks, dependencies, and required decisions.
  • Maintain accurate project records, action logs, issue logs, and milestone tracking to support accountability and transparency.
  • Tailor communications for executive, operational, technology, partner, and vendor audiences.
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required and 5+ years of experience leading strategic programs, business transformation initiatives, product implementations, partner integrations, or large-scale cross-functional projects.
  • Experience within financial services, fintech, lending, banking, insurance, or another highly regulated industry is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success driving initiatives that require coordination across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience managing technology implementation projects, vendor delivery, partner integrations, or complex operating model changes.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive accountability across organizations.
  • Experience developing project plans, governance structures, status reporting, executive updates, and decision documents.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with project management tools, collaboration platforms, and structured delivery methodologies.

Success Measures

  • On-time and on- budget delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Successful execution of bank partner, technology partner, and vendor integration projects.
  • Clear alignment across Fastlane, internal stakeholder partners, external partners, and executive leadership.
  • Effective identification, escalation, and resolution of roadblocks before they materially impact delivery.
  • Improved transparency into initiative health, risks, dependencies, milestones, budget considerations, and decision needs.
  • Consistent achievement of project objectives and measurable business outcomes.
  • High confidence from executive stakeholders in the role’s ability to drive execution and accountability.
