We are looking for a Lead Product Manager (Head of Core Platform stream) — a product leader who will take ownership of platform stability, scalability, and infrastructure development.

The key goal is to scale the number of brands without proportional growth in operational resources.

Your mission:
— Own the development and scaling of the core platform, ensuring system stability, reliability, and efficiency;
— Manage and prioritize the product roadmap, focusing on business impact and operational efficiency;
— Define, track, and improve key metrics (product stability, T2M, operational efficiency, stakeholder satisfaction);
— Drive automation and monitoring initiatives to reduce manual operations and operational risks;
— Evaluate the impact of initiatives on workload, costs, and overall platform performance;
— Develop internal tools for operational teams (Finance, Payments, CMS, CRM, Affiliates, etc.);
— Work with 3rd-party solutions and integrations to optimize platform performance;
— Lead and develop the product team (Product Managers, Business Analysts, Business Project Managers), fostering a systems and metrics-driven culture;
— Communicate results, insights, and strategic initiatives to key stakeholders.

Your Unique Contribution:
— 5+ years of experience in Product Management (platform or high-load products);
— 2+years of leadership experience (Team Lead / Product Lead / Head of Product);
— Experience with high-load systems and scalable platform architectures;
— Understanding of platform components (core systems, payments, CMS, CRM, reporting) and integrations;
— Solid technical background: SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, incident management (RCA, postmortem), with working knowledge of SQL and API architecture.
— Strategic and systems thinking with a data-driven approach (SLA, uptime, operational metrics).

Will be a plus:
— Experience with multi-brand platforms;
— Understanding of iGaming regulatory requirements;
— Experience optimizing operational processes through automation;
— Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency.
