Lead Product Analyst, B2C Financial Services

Department: B2C Financial Services, Analytics

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Remote

Reporting To: Mark Pistunov

Description

Tabby is on a mission to give people power over their money. For too long, financial systems have worked for the institutions that built them, not the people using them. Runaway interest, fine print and limited access have left many behind, feeling shut out of a system that wasn't setting them up for success.

We're building a different kind of system, in a complete money app to send, spend and save. One that's clear, flexible and puts people and businesses in control. Founded in 2019, we serve customers and businesses across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait. Millions of customers and 65,000 global brands, government services and small businesses rely on us today.

What began as a better way to pay at checkout has grown into a financial system working the way it should have all along.

About the role

This role focuses on Tabby Cash, and the growing ecosystem of our debit financial products.

You will lead a team of analysts that work on activation, engagement, and profitability, helping shape how the product grows from 1 → 100. The role requires balancing user growth with sustainable economics, working across Product, Risk, and Growth teams.

You will play a key role in defining how users adopt and use our cards, and how we optimize the products for long-term value.

What you will be doing

  • Lead a team of product analysts to provide support to the product and business teams across all aspects of their work.
  • Generate hypotheses, conduct research and A/B tests, and present your findings clearly and compellingly, which highlights the importance of your insights.
  • Regularly work with several stakeholders, including product and marketing teams, on fundamental research as well as on one-time requests.
  • Support and monitor existing metrics for the Financial Products, identify areas for improvement, and develop new metrics that inform decision-making across the organization.
  • Develop data visualizations and reports that are both informative and easily understood by business and product teams.
  • Assist in the planning of necessary data structures and data quality improvements.

What you will need

  • Minimum of 4 years of work experience as a data/product analyst.
  • Experience in leading a team of data analysts of any size.
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and BI tools.
  • Experience in planning data structures for new products and features.
  • Strong knowledge of Python (Pandas, Numpy, Statsmodels, Matplotlib, etc.)
  • Experience in product analytics in fintech is a plus.
  • Experience in leveraging LLM/AI for analytical purposes is a plus.
  • Strong quantitative skills and a structured approach to problem-solving. Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with business and product teams. At least an upper-intermediate level of English proficiency is required.

What we offer:

  • Full-time B2B contract
  • Fully remote setup
  • Up to 20% tax allowance
  • 22 paid leave days annually
  • Stock options (ESOP) in a fast-scaling, pre-IPO company
  • Flexi benefits you can use for wellness, travel, or learning
  • Work alongside a high-performing, international engineering team in a global fintech unicorn
Relocation support is available to our hubs in Armenia, Georgia, Serbia, Portugal, and Spain, including flights, temporary accommodation, and legal setup (if needed)

What you can expect
  • We offer flexible working hours and trust you to work enough hours to do your job well, at times that suit you and your team.
  • A working environment that gives you autonomy and responsibility from day one.
  • You should be comfortable with the idea that the quality of your work will influence the shape of your career.
We are passionate about creating an inclusive, high-performing workplace that gives people from all backgrounds the support they need to thrive, grow, and meet their goals.

If this sounds exciting to you, we’d love to hear from you!
