The EiRAM Group is looking for an experienced Grants Lifecycle Specialist (Lead) to join our growing team! You'll work the full grant life cycle for federal assistance awards: pre-award, award, post-award, audit resolution, and closeout.
 
What you'll do
  • Pre-screen grant applications, schedule and facilitate review panels, and review panel workbooks grants.pdf
  • Enter and review application data in GrantSolutions 
  • Draft applicant correspondence, including welcome, unsuccessful, late, and evaluative feedback letters grants.pdf
  • Create recipient and grant numbers, build and upload award packages, and submit them for approval 
  • Redact personally identifiable and confidential business information from award abstracts and narratives within three business days of announcement 
  • Review budgets, statements of work, and grant actions, and prepare grant modifications within three business days per task 
  • Conduct audit resolution: analyze grantee documentation, maintain case files, and prepare Initial and Final Determinations for federal signature on 60- and 120-day deadlines 
  • Run closeout: issue closeout packages, reconcile financial reports against expenditures with the Office of the Chief Financial Officer, and issue settlement letters 
  • Support data validation and ad-hoc reporting, including ETA's USASpending reporting 
Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 5+ years of federal grants management experience; DOL experience preferred. 
  • Experience managing a federal support contract with 10 or more billable staff
  • Familiarity with federal grants administration, 2 CFR 200, or GrantSolutions
  • Experience managing labor-hour or GSA Schedule BPA task orders, including invoicing, hours tracking, and burn reporting
  • Prior work with DOL, ETA, or another federal grant-making agency
  • Recruiting and pipeline management experience for cleared or investigated federal support staff
