Lead Frontend Developer

We are looking for an experienced Lead Frontend Developer who is passionate about building exceptional user experiences. In this role, you will drive the technical direction of our frontend development, mentor a team of developers, and play a key part in shaping our product vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, establishing best practices, code standards, and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with backend teams, product managers, and designers to integrate frontend components with our web infrastructure.
• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive web applications using React and NextJS.
• Ensure performance, usability, and accessibility of the frontend across various devices and browsers, with a strong focus on maintainability and zero downtime deployments.
• Drive technical decisions and take ownership of the frontend roadmap, balancing speed with code quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to increase team efficiency, improve developer experience, and enhance the end-user product.
• Participate in and lead discussions about new technologies, proactively identifying opportunities to innovate and evolve our technology stack.
• Act as a bridge between engineering and product, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Frontend Development, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role. Proven experience in UI/UX design and development for modern web applications.
• Deep knowledge of core web technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, ReactJS, and NextJS.
• Demonstrated experience with AI tools and workflows, you know how to integrate AI into the development process to move faster and smarter.
• Strong attention to detail in UI and UX, including converting Figma designs and building complex dashboards.
• Experience leading or mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and setting technical direction.
• Solid understanding of backend concepts to effectively collaborate with backend developers.
