About the Role
In the role of Lead Digital Program Manager for the EMEA market, this individual is responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling our digital marketing channels to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline for the EMEA priority regions defined in the Go-to-market plan. The Digital Program Manager (EMEA) is responsible for the strategy, execution and ongoing optimization of paid search programs across the EMEA region, including performance monitoring and data analysis to assess campaign effectiveness, optimize campaign mix, and identify opportunities for improvement. They will be responsible for reporting progress, measuring effectiveness, and optimizing the approach based on performance. In addition to leading SEM efforts, this role will oversee the strategy for EMEA social inclusive of the management and performance of EMEA social media channels, ensuring coordination across paid and organic digital touchpoints. This role manages end-to-end performance across critical digital marketing channels, ensuring alignment with regional go-to-market priorities to drive contribution and conversion of pipeline from the digital channels.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop and execute SEM strategy across EMEA target regions, including Google Ads, Bing, and regional platforms
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid search (PPC) campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and pipeline growth in EMEA key markets
• Manage and evolve EMEA social media channels (paid and organic), ensuring consistent messaging, engagement, and performance across platforms
• Oversee budget management, forecasting, and bid strategy across search programs to maximize ROI
• Conduct keyword research, localization, and competitive analysis tailored to EMEA markets
• Create, test, and optimize ad copy and landing page experiences, partnering with content and web teams
• Monitor campaign performance (CTR, CPC, conversion rate, pipeline contribution) and continuously optimize both search and social channel performance
• Deliver performance reporting and insights across digital channels to stakeholders
• Partner with regional field, content, and global awareness teams to align campaigns with GTM plans and business goals
• Ensure consistency between paid search, social programs, and broader campaign activations
• Stay current on regional market trends, platform updates, and best practices in SEM and social media
Required Qualifications:
• 4–7+ years of experience in SEM / paid search / performance marketing with exposure to EMEA markets or multi-region campaign management
• Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and marketing analytics tools, with working knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) for both paid and organic programs
• Proven experience managing integrated digital programs across search and social channels, with a strong focus on driving pipeline and measurable business outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecasting, and performance optimization across multiple campaigns and regions
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience translating performance insights into optimization strategies and actionable recommendations
• Experience working across stakeholders, field teams, and global marketing functions, with the ability to localize campaigns while maintaining brand consistency
• Solid understanding of content, creative, and landing page optimization across both search and social channels
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly present performance insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

The pay range for this position is £60,600 to £81,850. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
