Lead the definition and implementation of a Technical Data Office focused on operational governance and the industrialization of the enterprise data platform. Coordinate with architecture, operations, and development teams to manage shared platforms and define operational models.

Buscamos un/a Lead Data Platform & Technical Office para liderar la definición e implantación de una Oficina Técnica de Datos, orientada al gobierno operativo, evolución e industrialización de una plataforma de datos empresarial.
Requisitos principales:
Más de 5 años de experiencia en Oficina Técnica, Platform Engineering, DataOps, Data Platform Operations o entornos similares.
Experiencia en gobierno de plataformas compartidas y definición de modelos operativos.
Capacidad para definir catálogo de servicios, matriz RACI y roadmap evolutivo.
Coordinación con equipos de Arquitectura, Operaciones y Desarrollo.
Experiencia en organizaciones con múltiples equipos de desarrollo.
Conocimientos técnicos: Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, DataOps, Git, CI/CD, observabilidad, FinOps e infraestructura como código.
Importante: buscamos un perfil con experiencia real en la definición y gobierno de plataformas, no únicamente un/a Data Engineer con conocimientos técnicos.
