Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure and related platform services.
- Implement and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform.
- Operate and support Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments.
- Create and maintain Kubernetes YAML configurations and manage deployments using Helm or Kustomize.
- Troubleshoot Kubernetes environments using tools such as kubectl.
- Support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps with YAML pipelines.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts, primarily in PowerShell or Bash.
- Collaborate with development teams to support application integrations and platform operations.
- Manage and support Azure services, including App Services and databases.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and platform issues.
- Work within Agile teams using tools such as JIRA and Git.
Essential skills
- Experience with Azure Cloud Infrastructure.
- Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, including AKS operations.
- Ability to write and manage Kubernetes YAML files.
- Experience with Helm and Kustomize.
- Troubleshooting Kubernetes environments using kubectl.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and YAML pipelines.
- Scripting skills in PowerShell or Bash.
- High-level familiarity with .NET (ability to read and understand code, libraries, integrations, and project structure).
- Knowledge of Azure App Services.
- Fundamental networking knowledge (subnets, DNS, connectivity, firewalls, load balancers, NetScaler or equivalent).
- Basic Git knowledge.
- Basic Linux operating system knowledge.
- Experience working in Agile environments using JIRA and sprints.
- General infrastructure knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience collaborating with developers.
