Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Lead Analyst, IT Governance to join our team!
The Lead Analyst, IT Governance is responsible for developing and maintaining IT policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards in alignment with ITIL best practices. This role will work directly with application developers, business users, internal IT, and third-party vendors to improve performance, processes, and the overall health of the data. This role will participate in the planning and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the systems are running optimal and processes are consistent with company goals, industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
How do I make an impact on my team?
- Overseeing and monitoring of IT governance processes and activities including standards, policies, and procedures
- Develop ITSM Strategy by formulating and implementing strategies to improve IT service delivery.
- Develop, lead and manage Governance committee(s) focused on optimizing processes and policies around ITIL best practices and the following process topics.
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Service Request Management
- Catalog Management
- Change Management
- Configuration Management
- Asset Management
- Managing service level agreements (SLAs) and operational metrics with the business
- Evaluate effectiveness of IT controls to ensure they adequately mitigate risks and comply with requirements. This includes controls related to access management, change management, incident response and service management.
- Report barriers to resolution of Incidents, Service Requests, Problem Management, Change
- Management by identifying and addressing underlying problems with technical and business leads.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
What our team expects from you?
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science or equivalent work experience required. Certification/Licenses: ITIL Certification preferred.
- 5 years of experience technical experience in the field of information technology or computer science required.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven techniques in Business Process Mapping.
- Experience working with business subject matter experts eliciting process details and work instructions.
- Demonstrable experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework.
- Knowledge of Agile framework.
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
- The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
