L2 Messaging support Proficient
Requirements:
3+ years L2 Messaging Admin (Microsoft)
3+ YoE with different Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Onedrive, Outlook,etc)
Experience with onprem and cloud services
Strong communication skills (very good+)
ITIL oriented troubleshooting
Responsibilities:
Provide Level 2 support for messaging and server infrastructure
Manage mailboxes, user, shared, room, equipment, remote mailboxes
Create, modify, delete distribution lists and contacts
Control mailbox access, permissions, audit logging, legal holds
Monitor and troubleshoot Exchange Online and Outlook connectivity
Analyze mail flow, message traces, MX records, connectivity issues
Use Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer for diagnostics and validation
Manage quarantine messages and email security configurations
Administer Azure AD Connect and Office 365 identities and permissions
Assign and manage user roles, licenses, and administrative privileges
Maintain Office 365 services, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive
Manage SharePoint access, permissions, features, and site configuration
Support group management, Office 365 groups, memberships, settings
Execute backup, restore, import/export mailboxes (PST operations)
Implement and update configurations, security policies, connectors
Monitor service health and maintenance activities in O365
Perform incident management, RCA, and troubleshooting activities
Maintain documentation, reports, and operational procedures
Collaborate with infrastructure and support teams for issue resolution
Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational standards
