Betreuung von Bewertungsportalen und Beantwortung von Bewertungen
Telefonischer Kundensupport und Nachverfolgung offener Anliegen
Anforderungen:
Erfahrung im Kundenservice und telefonischen Support
Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und freundlicher Umgang mit Kunden
Zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Freshdesk oder vergleichbaren Ticketsystemen
